Payments must be Cash, Certified Check or approved Company Check with a letter of guarantee from the bank. Everything is sold "as is - where is". Additional terms and conditions may be announced on the day of sale. There is a 10% buyer's premium. Removal must be completed by Tuesday , May 13, 2008 by 5pm
