TERMS: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license. Everything must be paid in full the day of the auction. Payments must be Cash, Certified Check or approved Company Check with a letter of guarantee from the bank. Everything is sold “as is – where is”. Additional terms and conditions may be announced on the day of sale. There is a 15% buyer’s premium. Removal must be completed by the Tuesday following the auction.
