TERMS: Terms: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license. Everything must be paid in full the day of the auction. Payments must be Cash, Certified Check or approved Company Check with a letter of guarantee from the bank. Everything is sold “as is – where is”. Additional terms and conditions may be announced on the day of sale. There is a 10% buyer’s premium. Removal must be completed by Tuesday, April 4, 2006 by 5:00PM.
