Go the first light and make a right onto Shafto/Wyckoff Rd. Go approximately 2 ½ miles and turn left into Mazza Demolition / Transfer Station, 3230 Shafto/Wyckoff Rd, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753. Follow Auction Signs straight back to the Auction Site.

TERMS: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license to register to bid. Everything must be PAID IN FULL THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Payments must be in CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER or a BUSINESS CHECK accompanied with a current “Bank Letter of Guarantee” made payable to Auction Liquidation Services. Everything is sold “AS IS – WHERE IS”. There is a Buyer’s Premium of 10% on everything up to $2,999.00 and 2% over $3,000.00. Some Items are subject to confirmation. Note: All vehicles and equipment must be removed by Friday, December 22, 2006 by 5:00PM or buyer will be charged $50.00 per day, per item. NO EXCEPTIONS!
