Terms

TERMS: You must be 18 years old to register and present a valid driver’s license. Everything must be paid in full the day of the auction. Payments must be cash or certified check. Everything is sold as, where is. There is a Buyer’s premium on a sliding scale per unit. 15% up to $500, 10% from $501 to $12,500, 7% from 12,501 to 19,500 and 5% on 19,501 and up. Company Checks will be accepted upon approval. See Head Cashier for details. NOTE: All vehicles and equipment must be removed by Wednesday, May 4,2005 by 5:00pm or buyer will be charged $50.00 per day. NO EXCEPTIONS!
