Directions to Sale #2, Tuesday Sept. 27, 2005: Rt 18 North or South to Route 1 to Woodbridge Ave, at light (Main Entrance to Middlesex City College) Turn right & watch for Building 216 on the left. See Auction signs once in College.
TERMS: Cash, Certified Check Only- Made Payable to the County of Middlesex. Everything sold “AS IS-WHERE IS” There is no implied or expressed warranty or guarantee of operation of any equipment or vehicle. The County and the Auction Company strongly suggests and would be in the best interest of the bidder to pay in full at the conclusion of the auction. However, if funds are limited he bidder may leave a 10% deposit of the final invoice and make arrangements with the county to pay in full. Nothing shall be removed from the county premises, vehicles and equipment, unless you have a paid in full invoice. The County of Middlesex will give you a maximum of 5 days for removal. County and Auctioneer reserve the right to reject any bid or bidder, buyer assumes sole responsibility for purchase at the time of knockdown. NO exceptions.
